GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

(1) Insurance NOT included. All necessary insurance coverage to be provided by individual’s own.

(2) Lesson(s) booked STRICTLY not entitled to any postponement or cancellation unless by the Coach.

(3) No make up and no replacement lesson(s) to participant who failed to attend allocated lesson(s) whatsoever reason, fees paid strictly non-refundable.

FOR SAFETY REASONS, STRICTLY NO LESSON(S) DURING BAD WEATHER DAY(S).

(4) The Coach reserves all rights to cancel or postpone any class including the change of date, time, venue and fees in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

(5) The Coach may take whatever disciplinary action deem necessary to ensure the safety, well-being and successful conduct of the participant(s) as a group or individual in any of the swim programs.

(6) I or We will not hold the swim Coach responsible for any loss, injury, accident or death that might occurr during the lesson(s).

(7) Fee(s) paid are strictly non-refundable nor transferable. Full payment to be made prior to lessons.

Payment of fees preferred by cheque to Barbara Lina Lei or via inter-bank transfer to DBS Savings plus 100-4-026670. By Bank transfer, please indicate name of participant as reference.
